Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this resort was quite frustrating, primarily due to the aggressive sales tactics and misrepresentation about the time commitment for the timeshare presentation. The rooms, while spacious, felt outdated and uncomfortable, and the dining experience left a lot to be desired with minimal options and poor quality food. The location is great for accessing major theme parks, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the overwhelming pressure from sales and the disappointing amenities.
I found the hotel to be average overall. The location was a bit noisy due to road noise, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which made streaming difficult. The staff was friendly and eager to help, but the cleanliness of some kitchen items left something to be desired. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and there were several fun activities available on-site, although not all of them were included in the stay.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While we were thrilled with the spaciousness of the rooms and enjoyed various family-friendly facilities, some areas, like cleanliness and certain staff interactions, left room for improvement. The dining options could be more appealing as well. Overall, it provides good value but be prepared for some imperfections.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for my family to settle in. The amenities like the pools were well-kept and offered a lot of fun. However, the customer service experience was frustrating at times, especially with the rigid policies regarding timeshare tours. It’s a shame because the place has so much potential if only the service was as good as the facilities.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the proximity to the theme parks was a plus, the noise levels and check-in process left a lot to be desired. The room was okay, but the service felt unhelpful at times, and I was blindsided by unexpected fees. If you're looking for a basic place to crash while visiting Orlando, it may suffice, but I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay.
